Internet marketing and search engines are valuable marketing tools. They allow companies to reach a bigger target market, and with a few alterations, they are able to individualize various ads to suit specific target markets.
However, one may ask is there other comparable marketing tools to using the internet? The answer is yes, to reach a wide variety of people, implementation of radio ad's and television commercials work equally as well.
Radio's allow marketers to reach a number of people who may not be hooked up to the internet, as they are traveling to and from work (primarily when people are in the car). Radios are also wireless making them relatively comparable to the internet.
Television commercials reach a huge span of people, especially when aired at prime time when everyone sits down to watch their favorite shows. However this alternative is more expensive to use and implement then internet marketing and may be desirable for use if you have a large marekting budget.
These three tools each have their own advantages and disadvantages and it is therefore up to the marketing team to determine what media is best for their product and budget.
